The Shrine Chorale is our main liturgical choir. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm and the Chorale sings roughly every other Sunday from October through Pentecost. This group draws on the diverse traditions of a cappella and accompanied sacred music from the Renaissance through the twenty-first century. This choir is open to all singers high school age on up. No audition is necessary.

The Basilica Children’s Choir is open to all youth singers grades 1-8. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 3:15-4:00 and the Choir sings at Mass around once per month from the end of October through Pentecost. In addition to worship participation, major emphasis will be spent on voice building, music literacy, teamwork, social interaction and critical listening.

Rehearsals begin three Sundays prior to Assumption from 4:00-5:30pm in the Original Shrine Church.

The Carey Ecumenical Choir is a large community choir that presents a concert of Sacred Advent and Christmas Music on the second Sunday of December each year. Rehearsals begin in mid-October from 7:00-9:00pm alternating between Tuesdays and Thursdays. 2023 marks the 49th concert in the Choir's history.

The Adoramus Ecumenical Choir is a community choir that presents a sacred musical reflection each year on Good Friday at noon. Singers from any and all faith traditions are invited to be a part of this choir. Rehearsals begin the Sunday prior to Ash Wednesday from 1:00-2:30pm in the choir loft at the basilica. Space is generally limited to 45 singers.
