Remembrance Cards Available

Perpetual Mass Enrollment Card (Benefits of Membership)
     1.  Perpetual Remembrance in prayers at the Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation
     2.  Perpetual Remembrance in a monthly Mass for the Deceased at the Basilica and National Shrine.
     3.  Enrolled person's name is entered into a Book of Prayer and Remembrance at the Shrine Altar of the Basilica and National Shrine.

A Vigil Light Remembrance Card
     A card stating that a vigil light will be lit for the person you are enrolling and will be remembered in prayer.
     The vigil light will burn for six days.

Mass of Remembrance Card
     An individual Mass will be offered for your intention.
