May Devotions to the Blessed Virgin Mary refers to special Marian devotions held in the Catholic Church during the month of May honoring the Virgin Mary as "the Queen of May".

A "May Crowning" is a traditional Roman Catholic ritual that occurs in the month of May.The “May Crowning” takes place here at the Shrine the first Sunday in May where ceremonially Our Lady of Consolation is crowned to signify her as Queen of Heaven and the Mother of God.

This year Kendra Brodman a member of Our Lady of Consolation Parish crowned the statue of Our Lady. We thank her for her devotion and commitment to Our Blessed Mother.
