	A new and third edition of the history of the shrine by Bro. Jeffrey Hines is available. This edition came out in 2012 marking the 100th anniversary of the Franciscan Friars presence in Carey. This history covers the years 1868 to 2012. The photo is of the second edition of the book. The new book's cover has three photos. The book measures 8.5" x 11", has 58 black and white photos and 75 photos in color, most taken by Bro. Bryan Hoban. Some 70 pages of this book are devoted to facts that all pilgrims want to know.
