Since I was a deacon, I have been thrust (by God) into a healing ministry. I never sought it nor did I even really want it. I was afraid of being labeled as some sort of crazy person. However, as I look back, I can see that God has been preparing me for this ministry my whole life. Healing is a complicated thing for a person of faith. When we mention healing, most people probably tend to think of "faith healers" on television or dramatic stories of people getting up out of wheelchairs and walking, etc. For us, as people of faith, there is more to it than that. |
