All greeting cards include an enrollment/reorder form that you can fill out and return to us with the name of the recipient. The recipient will then be remembered in our prayers and Masses, as indicated. When you use a card, please make an offering to Our Lady of Consolation and include it along with the enrollment slip. Perpetual Mass Association
With this enrollment, a
departed loved one is remembered perpetually
in daily prayers at the Basilica and
National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation.
The departed is also remembered every month
in a Mass for the Deceased, and is entered
into the Book of Prayer and Remembrance at
the Shrine Altar.

notify a friend or loved one that you have
requested a Vigil Light Remembrance for
their prayerful needs at the Basilica and
National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation.?
When you use this Card, simply fill out and
return the included slip to us with the name
of the person to be remembered and a
suggested offering of $5. The Vigil Light
Remembrance will begin as soon as we receive
your request.
